Return Policy

Order Cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 6 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns/Exchange

To return your merchandise, please email us at support@myhouseoffashion.com prior to returning your merchandise. Once we receive your email we will share the return procedure with you via email.

You can submit return requests within 7 days after receiving the product. You can do it by sending us a message on Contact us page.

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

We highly advise that you use your local postal service to mail the package and provide us with the tracking number. We will not be responsible for any lost packages. All returns must be mailed to the given address in the email.

Defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not accept the return. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

It's imperative sending your package back with a return tracking number to designated warehouse by our team so that we can track this all the way up to arrival within our warehouse. We are not responsible from packages lost, undelivered or returned back.

Conditions for return acceptance:

  1. The item(s) is in perfect unworn condition and in its original packaging.
  2. The products have not been used.
  3. No perfume odor.

Store Credit/Refund will be made to you once we confirm receipt of your returned parcel which meet the conditions for reimbursement. If you choose an exchange instead, the new item will be shipped once we confirm receipt of your returned parcel which meet the conditions above.

* NO Return/ Refund on Jewelry items purchased since it real silver material semi precious stones and is custom made.

Please Note: After 7 days, no refund/return requests would be processed.

 Should you wish to return an item, My House of fashion do not refund international prepaid duties and taxes paid at the time of checkout for Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) orders or duties and taxes paid at time of customs entry for Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) orders.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and shipping costs are non-refundable. It's imperative sending your package back with a tracked number to designated warehouse by our team so that we can track this all the way up to arrival within our warehouse. We are not responsible for packages lost, undelivered or returned back. We do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned. All international returns should be shipped back to us as goods returned to sender to ensure no duties and taxes are incurred for the return.

In case an import duty is levied on the returned article, the amount would be deducted from the refunded amount.

Refunds

Order items can only be returned for store credit or exchange, No refund. We offer refund only on products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or Store credit as preferred.*

If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support and we will do our best to help you out!

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

We do not issue the refund/replacement if:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Sizing is incorrect - In this case we will provide you  1. Free Replacement of the article with the preferred size or 2. Full Refund as store credits using which you can purchase any other products from our store.
  • Customers will be responsible for returning the product(s). Once we receive the product(s) back and verify it's packaging/condition, we will be sending the replacement item/ providing the STORE CREDIT.
  • Items are sent to our office without the return tracking number/ Return Label. Please contact us to successfully submit return requests.
  • If incorrect items are returned corresponding to a given RMA number/ Return Label, no replacement/refund would be processed in this case.
  • Accessories, made to order Jewelry are non refundable.

Our Policy

All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and the My House of Fashion and collection tags attached to them (if applicable). This includes all packaging, accessories and authenticity cards/dust bags. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly.

For example, we may make a reduction in the following circumstances:

  • the product(s) have been used, worn, damaged or washed;
  • the collection and the tag are not attached to the product(s) or have not been returned. Please note that the collection tags constitute an integral part of each product.

You will be informed if we propose to reduce your refund for this reason. In this instance, you may (as an alternative to us providing you with a reduced refund) choose to have the products sent back to you at your own expense.

Late Returns

Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving you order. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of My House of Fashion and may only be refunded as a store credit.

Colors

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate.
