Return & Exchange Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled or changed within 6 hours of placing the order, provided dispatch processing has not started. Once packing and shipping begin, the order cannot be cancelled.

Returns / Exchanges

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • To initiate a return, email us at support@myhouseoffashion.com. We will share the detailed return procedure along with the return warehouse address corresponding to your order (which may be located in the United States, Australia, or China).

  • We do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged, as clearly mentioned in our policy.

  • Orders can only be returned for store credit or exchangerefunds are not provided, except in the case of defective products.

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a tracked postal service. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, undelivered, or returned to us without tracking.

  • Store credit/exchange will be issued only after we receive and inspect the returned parcel and confirm that it meets the required conditions.

  • No return/refund on jewellery items, as they are custom-made using real silver and semi-precious stones.

  • After 7 days, no return or exchange requests will be processed.

Return Eligibility Conditions

Items must:

  • Be in a new, unused, unworn, unwashed condition

  • Be returned in the original packaging with tags, accessories, dust bags, and protective materials intact

  • Have no perfume scent, marks, or any signs of wear

Items that show signs of wear or use may be declined or refunded at a reduced store credit amount.

Colour Disclaimer

We strive to display product colours as accurately as possible, but please note that slight colour variations may occur due to lighting, photography conditions, and individual screen settings.

International Orders

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • When sending returns internationally, packages must be marked as “Goods Returned to Sender” to avoid duties. Any duties incurred on returned items will be deducted from the store credit issued.

Damaged / Defective Items

Any defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. If not reported in this timeframe, returns will not be accepted.
